Up for sale is this Vintage MITS Altair 8800 Personal Computer, S/N: 221559K, bundled with Dual 5.25" Floppy Drives, Keyboard and an assortment of additional cards.

Among the cards are:
  • MITS CPU BD REV 0 w/ 8080 Processor installed.  This card seems working while RAM board is pulled
  • MITS 16MCD w/ all IC's installed.  Seemed partially working until voltage regulators got hot and then stopped working
  • MITS 16MCD w/ no ram chips installed.
  • IMSAI RAM-32 REV 1 Card with all IC's installed.  This card did not seem working
  • COEX S-100 64K Static Ram Card w/ missing IC's.
  • Polymorphic Video Terminal (VTI) Interface Board - Operational Condition unknown, interface for included keyboard
  • Microstar Computers Micro Disk Controller - MDS-AD2 - Operational Condition unknown, interface for included floppy drives
  • Cybercom S-100 Extender card for troubleshooting and repair of S-100 Cards.  This card raises S-100 cards above the installed cards for easy access board for component level probing and troubleshooting
  • There is an additional unknown board installed in the chassis of the Altair 8800
The Case & Chassis for the Altair 8800, the Floppy Drives and the Keyboard are in pretty good condition and have minimal blemishes.  The Computer is partially operational with the RAM card pulled.  The operational condition of the Floppy Drives are unknown.  The operational condition of the keyboard is unknown.  This lot of equipment comes AS/IS and is offered as COLLECTORS ITEMS.  The accuracy of the information herein regarding this equipment may or may not be accurate but is offered in good faith and to the best of my ability.  I am not an expert on this make/model of computer nor its peripherals.  The photos and videos are the ultimate description of this lot.  Please examine them closely and feel free to ask questions using the eBay messaging system.
