It works and comes exactly as pictured.  Nothing more and nothing less.  The original purchase receipt from 1982 is included.  This tester comes from the estate of a wealthy doctor / surgeon who bought more toys than he had time to play with them.  Many of his things were seldom used, if any.  He would literally buy expensive things just to satisfy his curiosity or complete a single project.  All of his belongings were well cared for.
