It is in working condition.  It may require cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and additional accessories for use.  This listing is for the equipment in the photographs.  You will receive exactly what is pictured as it is pictured.  The motor works and belt is present.  The outer insulation jacket of the power cord has deteriorated - replacement is recommended.  The plastic cover for the belt has a split at the top and could use some mending in order to secure it properly.
