The propellers will be removed for packaging for security and can reinstalled in moments without tools.  They are a friction fit with a shaft that extends into the engine and can be turned while installed.
This model is in excellent condition.  I did not detect any defects.  Please make your own judgement as the photos are the ultimate description of this product.
