It's in working condition w/ a NEW rechargeable battery installed in remote.
The set includes the power adapters to charge the phone with or without it's included cradle and to power the base unit along with some IR connectivity cabling.  The RFX-250 gets it's power from the 3.5mm cable that connects it to the MRF-350RFS (included)
