Up for sale is this old Vintage FISHER 440T Stereo Receiver salvaged out of a Barkley stereo console.

I ramped it up slow with a variac.  It powered on and didn't get grossly hot anywhere.  I put a signal on the AUX input and connected a speaker to L & R Main channels but did not hear any output.

It looks like the main filter capacitors have been replaced at some point.  There is a service sticker on the side of the chassis.  Inspecting the components reveals that some of the old capacitors have dried up and leaked out.  This receiver is sold for parts or restoration.

Will be professionally packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery.
