Up for sale is this Vintage HighSkyFlyer Toy Helicopter - High Sky Flyer from Pic N Save NIB NOS - Complete and un-played with in original retail box.  The kit includes a hand held zip cord that is used to spin up the rotor causing the helicopter to lift off, fly away and gently descend as the rotor looses energy.  No batteries required.

This toy was sold at PIC N SAVE, a large overstock value store from the 80's / 90's who predated the extra junky days of the 99 cent store and Big Lots.  PIC N SAVE bought overstock and undersold products and offered them at great discounts in their stores.  They were later acquired by BIG LOTS who converted the product offerings to Big Lots branded junk which was expensive 99 cent store products instead of discounted department store products.

This toy is an example of a generic value toy that children enjoyed from Pic N Save back in the mid 1980's
