Up for sale is this Keithley 414A Picoammeter.  It has not been tested since I am unfamiliar with the operation of this item.
I did plug it in and the power lamp illuminates - it does power on for sure.  The needle on the meter moves ever so slightly when turning it on and off.
It may or may not work and could need calibration if it does work.   It was pulled from the laboratory of a business who's owner passed away.  It does not appear to have any physical damage and is cosmetically in good condition.
