It is a 4 channel amplifier rated at 90 Watts per channel - 360 Watts total.  It has onboard Crossover network for high and low frequency.  RCA Stereo Input.  Harness Included.

It has been bench tested and verified to power on - sound output from all four channels at time of listing.  The equipment is sold AS/IS without any guarantee or warranty due to the nature of VINTAGE ELECTRONICS.  This equipment is over 40 years old.  The buyer should consider having the capacitors replaced as a matter of maintenance, especially if intended for high output and/or long term use.
