Its missing it's wing and the motor stalls when connected to low amperage 12v power supply and assisted to start spinning.

The car may (or may not) need to have:
  • the mesh adjusted
  • brushes cleaned / replaced
  • motor cleaned
  • motor lubricated
  • motor replaced
The car was only dusted prior to photography with a makeup brush.  Sold as a collectable item, not for it's fitness of use.
